Huffing is also a class 1 misdemeanor with the same maximum punishments. If you have no previous criminal record and your past driving record is not bad, you can expect anywhere from a $100 fine as a minimum penalty and a reduction from reckless driving to improper driving, all the up to $500 or more in a fine and a loss of license from a month to 6 months. As far as the huffing charge, you will probably get some sort of fine $50 to $200 or so. You'll probably be required to go to some sort of NN class or ASAP classes.
