I was driving while hitting air duster and i wrecked into a lady’s yard. No one was hurt, but I ran over her tree. The cops came and I was charged with wreckless driving and huffing. But I wasnt charged with like a DUI or anything like that, so I dont know what they’re going to do.

Well if the system were to work like it should they should take away your license because if you were dumb enough to do that when you had the brain cells you did before you did something that stupid then your definitely dumb enough to do it again now!!! Thank god you didn’t kill someone you idiot!

Reckless driving is a class 1 misdemeanor which carries up to a maximum of 12 months in jail and up to a $2500 fine. Huffing is also a class 1 misdemeanor with the same maximum punishments. If you have no previous criminal record and your past driving record is not bad, you can expect anywhere from a $100 fine as a minimum penalty and a reduction from reckless driving to improper driving, all the up to $500 or more in a fine and a loss of license from a month to 6 months. As far as the huffing charge, you will probably get some sort of fine $50 to $200 or so. You’ll probably be required to go to some sort of NN class or ASAP classes.

Huffing and driving, that may even be stupider than drinking and driving!
